Nippon Ichi no Imonikai Festival

芋煮鍋

For “Japan’s Best Taro Stew Party”, beef, taro, leeks, konjak, and various other locally produced ingredients are boiled together in a huge 6.5 meter diameter pot to make a stew to feed approx. 35,000 people. The delicious taste of the imoni stew produced with this heavy equipment is truly the best in Japan!
