We highly recommend the “Cherry Soft-serve Ice Cream” made with Yamagata-produced cherry juice! You should definitely also try the Gesoten Soba noodles with deep-fried squid legs. Other menu items include udon noodles, rice dishes, and shojin-ryori (vegetarian) cuisine. Don’t forget to visit the souvenir corner!!
