Facility introduction
Here you can savor the taste of soba noodles in a rich travelling atmosphere as you gaze at the crystal clear river waters flowing by the shop. Using Yamagata-produced Dewakaori buckwheat flour in a 2:8 ratio, the shop hand-makes its soba noodles fresh every day. The most popular menu item is a local dish called Dashi, which comprises soba noodles topped with chopped summer vegetables. Other menu items include Ita-soba noodles and Tori-chuka. Available only in winter, the ramen noodles handmade using green bamboo are also popular.
